Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (if baking).
Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to form a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
Spread a thin layer of sauce, leaving a ½-inch border.
Sprinkle cheese and toppings evenly across the dough.
Tightly roll the dough into a log. Seal the edge with a bit of water or egg wash.
Slice into 1-inch rolls using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush tops with egg wash.
